Delivery – we do not charge for orders over 1,000 CZK excluding VAT (for smaller orders, delivery charges apply in accordance with the carrier’s current price list).
Quantity – we supply each individual item in packs of 10 bags (STEEL/HOBBY), or multiples thereof (10, 20, 30, …). For stainless steel material, this is in packs of 5 bags, or multiples thereof (5, 10, 15, 20, …).
Restocking – quick and easy restocking and reordering is facilitated by numbering individual positions, making it simple to hang up the goods and subsequently reorder sold-out items. Simply note down the numbers of the individual positions and place your order. For this reason, we maintain a record of the layout of goods for each customer.
Delivery time – most of your orders are dispatched on the day the order is received. Goods that we do not currently have in stock will be prepared within 3–5 working days. Special items (stainless steel, circlips, etc.) will be supplied subject to availability, within approximately 1 week.
